Contrary to popular belief, CFBuilder DOES allow word-wrap. It is just a little buried in the menus.
Find it here:
* Open Window --> Preferences --> HTML --> Editors
* Click the Advanced Tab
* Check "Enable Word Wrap"
* Restart CF Builder.
